The Agent shall provide professional digital marketing services designed to improve the Client’s online visibility, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Services are provided on a best-effort basis in accordance with industry standards and proven marketing practices.
- Initial SEO setup, including on-page optimization and foundational keyword strategy
- Ongoing SEO management to improve search visibility and local rankings
- Adjustments based on performance data, search trends, and algorithm changes
- Optimization of the Client’s Google Business Profile
- Regular updates to business information, images, posts, and categories
- Monitoring and optimization to improve local search presence and map visibility
- Performance updates and progress reports provided upon request
- Strategic recommendations based on observed performance and analytics
- Creation and configuration of Google advertising campaigns on behalf of the Client
- Strategic structuring of campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and targeting
- Ongoing monitoring and optimization of advertising campaigns
- Adjustments to bids, targeting, creatives, and budgets based on performance data
- Implementation of best practices to improve efficiency and return on ad spend
SEO services as described in Section 2.1.1, included alongside paid advertising efforts
- Creation and configuration of Google and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns on behalf of the Client
- Strategic structuring of campaigns, including campaign objectives, ad groups/ad sets, keywords, audiences, placements, and targeting
- Ongoing monitoring and optimization of Google and Meta advertising campaigns
- Adjustments to bids, budgets, targeting, creatives, and placements based on performance data
- Implementation of best practices to improve efficiency and overall campaign performance
- Search engine optimization services as described in Section 2.1.1
- Ongoing SEO management provided alongside paid advertising efforts to support long-term organic visibility
- Performance updates and progress reports provided upon request
- Strategic recommendations based on observed campaign performance and analytics across advertising and organic channels
- The Agent does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to sales, revenue, conversions, rankings, or return on investment.
- Results may vary based on market conditions, competition, ad spend, client responsiveness, and external factors outside the Agent’s control.
- The Client acknowledges that marketing performance is inherently unpredictable and agrees that the Agent’s obligation is limited to providing services in good faith and in accordance with agreed-upon strategies.
- Provide accurate business information, access to required platforms, and timely communication
- Follow recommended strategies and operational guidance where applicable
- Maintain responsibility for business operations, customer handling, and closing sales
